About Natalie Turner
Voted by CMO Asia and the World Federation of Marketing and Sustainability, as one of the top 50 female leaders in Asia, Natalie is an experienced innovation and leadership development specialist. In 2006, she Founded a boutique innovation consultancy called The Entheo Network, and has worked for and consulted with some of the world’s leading organisations including LEO Pharma Asia, Kellogg’s, Singapore Airlines and CISCO Systems, helping them build innovation systems, culture and capabilities as well as generating new ideas to help them grow their teams and businesses. Natalie is an international speaker on innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership and an experienced business facilitator, consultant and innovation coach. She is also the Founder of Women Who Lead, a Retreat Experience and professional development service for female executives.
Natalie is the inventor of The 6 ‘I’s of Innovation®, an integrated methodology and assessment tool that helps individuals and organisations measure their innovation strengths. It is also a clear step by step guide to make innovation practical and effective. She is also the author of Yes, You Can Innovate, a practical guide on how to create ideas and make them work. She has three degrees; a BA Hons in Politics & Legislative studies, an MSc in Economics and Social Psychology and an MBA. From London, she now lives in Malaysia and works in Singapore, across Asia and around the world.
