About Natalie Turner

I have a background in innovation, leadership and organisational development and have worked for and consulted with some of the world’s leading organisations including Cisco Systems, Logica, Singapore Airlines, and Leo Pharma. Within Singapore I have worked with organisations such as DBS, Changi Airport and the National University of Singapore as well as Government Ministries including The Economic Development Board, and the Ministries of Manpower, Health and Defence. I have also facilitated leadership and innovation workshops at the Singapore Management University, and DUKE NUS and been an international speaker on innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership at a variety of conferences, organisations and universities around the world.

I am the Founder and CEO of The Entheo Network, an international innovation company and the Co-Founder of Women who Lead, a leadership development service that offers programmes and retreats for female leaders. I am also the inventor of The Six ‘I’s of Innovation™ an integrated methodology that gives individuals and organisations a consistent framework for assessing skills and managing innovation.

I am an experienced facilitator, trainer and consultant; and work to unlock the potential of organisations and people to help them create new products and services whilst focusing on the development of innovation skills, capabilities and culture. With over seventeen years of experience, working in entrepreneurial start-ups, corporate incubators and senior management roles, I am passionate about the application of ideas into tangible, practical and operational results.

I have three degrees; a BA Hons in Politics & Legislative studies, an MSc in Economics and Social Psychology and an MBA. I am also a Master Practitioner in Group Dynamics and Non-Verbal Communication and a certified consultant in the Spony Profiling Model (SPM), which assesses work values, behaviours and cross cultural value systems. I am from the UK, live in Malaysia and work extensively in Singapore, across South East Asia and Europe.
