Designed by Natalie Turner, CEO of The Entheo Network and Co-Founder of Women who Lead, ILDP is a highly interactive, peer to peer learning space. It offers intensive, on-going professional development for senior women in positions of leadership in small businesses, public sector or corporate worlds.

In partnership with VERITA, Singapore’s leading Health and Wellness Centre, ILDP is designed around a fusion of facilitated conversations, cutting edge theories in leadership and innovation, building practices for emotional and personal wellbeing and time for formal and informal networking.

The Six I's of Innovation

Innovation, the creation of value out of new ideas, is the lifeblood of organisations. To innovate well, requires leadership, people who can take an idea, shape it and bring it forth, into the world. ILDP focuses on building strong internal capabilities and external practical skills to lead self and others into often unknown territory.

A Programme with five interlocking modules and an optional one to one mentoring service, ILDP has, at its core, The Six ‘I’s of Innovation™ a comprehensive innovation leadership development framework, invented by Natalie Turner and used by organisations across the world including Cisco Systems, Singapore Airlines and Leo Pharma.

More than just a training programme, ILDP’s Modules are designed for you to work on current project ideas and/or leadership challenges. As well as drawing from the collective intelligence of other participants, you will make new connections and build strong relationships that will be of benefit to you both personally and professionally.

Below is a top level outline of the Module topic focus. All Modules are a combination of learning theory, practical case studies and spaces for personal reflection on your leadership practice. They also include de-stress therapies such as infrared sauna, foot therapy, neck and shoulder rubs and biodynamic cranio sacral therapy. Each full day Module also includes health-management workshops conducted by resident VERITA therapists.

Leadership Development Assessment

Optional Mentoring Services

Below are two optional mentoring services to help hone your capabilities and skills further.

Leadership Development Assessment

Online assessment and 90 minute feedback session

Want to know what drives and motivates you at work and how your peers assess your communication style? This integrated assessment and feedback session will give insight into your work values (as assessed by yourself) and your behaviour (as assessed by three colleagues, of your choosing).

It will also look at the impact that your national culture has on how you make leadership decisions. Based on the award winning cross cultural research of Dr. Gilles Spony, this session will not only improve your own self-awareness but increase your ability to understand and lead others more effectively.

Creative Thinking Partnership

Three face to face sessions with telephone and email support

Innovation Leaders are often “prophets” to their businesses tasked with the difficult role of inspiring new ideas that will ultimately add value to the organisation whilst having to remain many steps ahead of the traditional culture in which they operate. This one to one mentoring service is designed with these pressures in mind to inspire as well as improve your performance so that you develop your power as a catalyst for business transformation. We encourage the sessions to be outside of the normal work context in environments that will offer freshness and inspiration.
